GO! has a strength training circuit of 8 hydraulically resistant machines. This coach led workout takes you straight from one machine to another with a prompt to move on after one minute. This can be repeated 2, 3 or 4 times to achieve your desired full body workout. No standing around or wondering what to do next! The circuit is uncomplicated and flows. You can do as few or as many repetitions as you like, with the intensity you like, to give you a full cardio workout too.
We also have a freestyle area of weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, stability balls and more, where a coach can help you with targeted workouts for abs, arms, legs etc.
Whatever is best for you. WHATEVER MOVES YOU!
